Junior IT Infrastructure Project Manager
📍 Dublin (Citywest) 12-Month Contract | Hybrid Working
Ready to take ownership of exciting IT infrastructure projects?
We’re looking for a proactive, delivery-focused IT Infrastructure Project Manager(junior) to join a leading organisation on an initial 12-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making things happen, taking ownership and seeing projects through from start to finish.
You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and technical teams, coordinating a varied portfolio of infrastructure projects while taking the lead on smaller initiatives.

AWS, network refreshes, infrastructure upgrades or M&A experience? Even better!
PRINCE2, PMP or CAPM qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
Important: We’re looking for someone who can genuinely drive projects forward, not just provide administrative support. Programming and DevOps experience are not required.

- Coordinating infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery.
- Building project plans, tracking milestones and driving actions forward.
- Working with technical teams, stakeholders and vendors to keep projects on track.
- Supporting network upgrades, cloud infrastructure, server replacements and office moves.
- Managing project documentation, reporting and RAID logs using tools such as Asana.
- Taking ownership of deliverables, identifying risks and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Experience in IT project coordination or infrastructure project delivery.
- A background in IT infrastructure, particularly networking or cloud services.
- Confidence managing project plans, stakeholders, actions and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of projects end to end.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- 12-month contract with an established organisation.
- Exposure to varied, business-critical infrastructure projects.
- The opportunity to take ownership and develop your project delivery experience.
- Hybrid working, with onsite attendance Tuesday and Thursday.
