Project overview
We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer for an interesting international project in Bratislava for our TITANS freelancers team.
Project requirements
- support for the operation and maintenance of service-oriented information systems
- cooperation in solving technical problems and operational incidents
- analysis of requirements and coordination of their solutions with relevant technical teams
- support for the maintenance and optimization of existing systems
- utilization of Python for technical tasks and automation according to project needs
- cooperation with colleagues in identifying causes of problems and proposing solutions
- position is also suitable for graduates
- mandatory:
- university education in computer science or a related field
- basic knowledge of Python
- knowledge of principles of operation and maintenance of service-oriented systems
- good communication and coordination skills
- analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- advantage experience with:
- SAP CRM
- SAP WebUI
- independence and willingness to learn new things
- discipline
- punctuality

- Start: ASAP or by agreement
- Duration: 4 months with the possibility of extension
