As a Junior Tester, you will be working for our client, a banking organization, supporting credit solutions for individual customers. You will help strengthen reliability and delivery quality by executing high-impact manual tests across backend services and APIs.

Eligibility for the role :

• Execute manual tests for applications supporting core banking/credit processes
• Design and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and risks
• Perform backend and API testing, validating integrations and data flows
• Analyse defects, reproduce issues, and collaborate with the team to drive resolution
• Support regression testing to ensure stable releases
• Use testing tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) to document results and track defects
• Contribute to improving test processes and test documentation standards
• Experience in manual testing (including test techniques and test case design)
• Hands-on practice with backend testing and API testing
• Good understanding of regression testing and defect lifecycle
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL) is beneficial
• Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
• Experience with analysing and improving test processes
• Practical skills in building test data and/or simple test scripts
• Stronger SQL skills (beyond basics)
• Polish – very good command (daily communication)
• English – communicative level (collaboration and project communication)
