Job description
We are looking for a freelance specialist in Apache Kafka on Red Hat OpenShift for a client project, starting immediately.
Project overview
We are filling a freelance role for a client focused on Apache Kafka on Red Hat OpenShift.
Start immediately, 95% remote and about 5% on-site in Hanover. Duration initially about six months with an option for extension, workload by arrangement. Freelancers residing in Germany are sought.
Project focus: Operation and expansion of the Kafka landscape using Strimzi or AMQ Streams, connectors and Schema Registry, mirroring between clusters, tuning and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), security with TLS, SASL and ACLs, GitOps with Argo CD and Helm, consulting for development teams.
Ideally, you have supported Kafka productively for several years and are familiar with OpenShift operators. German very good, English good.
