Commercial Project Support

Project overview

We are looking for a Commercial Project Support professional for an exciting project in Stuttgart to support our client. The position is designed for 20 hours per week and offers flexible working arrangements with a 40% remote option.

Your tasks include monitoring and controlling project costs, budgets, and performance progress. You will analyze commercial and schedule deviations, coordinate corrective measures with project managers, and develop sampling concepts for quality assurance. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain technical and commercial key figures, validate project costs based on actual data, and create reports, statistics, and automated evaluations. You will contribute to the clarification and optimization of commercial processes in project business.

We expect a completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification. Sound experience in commercial project controlling and project management, knowledge of cost, budget, and performance controlling, as well as experience in creating key figures and reports are required. Ideally, you have experience in the technical plant or infrastructure sector. SAP knowledge and very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, are required.

In terms of personal attributes, you should work independently, structured, and responsibly, bring high flexibility and initiative, and demonstrate strong communication and solution orientation. Very good German language skills are necessary.

The project starts in January and is planned for 18 months. A project-related employment is assumed.
