Commercial Project Support | Stuttgart | 40% Remote | JBA15191

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling of project costs, budgets, and performance progress
• Identification and analysis of commercial and schedule deviations
• Coordination of corrective actions with project managers and internal departments
• Development and implementation of sampling concepts for quality assurance and adherence to the four-eyes principle
• Development and maintenance of technical and commercial key figures
• Plausibility check of project costs and performance progress based on actual data
• Creation of reports, statistics, and automated analyses
• Clarification and optimization of commercial processes in project business

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
• Experience in commercial project controlling and project management
• Knowledge of cost, budget, and performance controlling
• Experience in creating key figures, reports, and statistics
• Knowledge of commercial project processes, ideally in the technical plant or infrastructure sector
• Experience with SAP
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant way of working
• High flexibility, initiative, and communication skills
• Assertiveness and strong solution orientation
• Very good German language skills
