For our client, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to support in the area of commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of a commercial real estate portfolio
• Contact person for owners, tenants, and service providers
• Administration and monitoring of rental agreements
• Preparation and review of operating and ancillary cost statements
• Budget planning as well as cost and revenue control
• Preparation of reports and analyses for owners
• Management of external service providers and subcontractors
• Monitoring of rent payments and receivables management
• Participation in leasing and contract processes

• Several years of professional experience in commercial property management
• Experience in managing commercial real estate
• Good knowledge of rental and contract management
• Confident handling of real estate industry key figures
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of common property management systems is an advantage
