Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Synthesis: Capture live spoken content accurately during high-velocity keynote presentations, distinguishing between introductory storytelling and critical insights.
Transcription & Editing: Produce clean, well-formatted, and accurate transcripts with correct terminology, acronyms, and proper nouns unique to the industry.
Executive Summaries: Distill long presentations into scannable executive briefs, highlighting action items, core themes, and major data takeaways.
Visual Presentation Alignment: Cross-reference spoken words with displayed slide decks (such as Apple Keynote or PowerPoint) to capture context from charts, diagrams, or visual benchmarks.
Q&A Logging: Document questions from the audience and responses given by the keynote speakers verbatim or in highly accurate summaries.
Timely Delivery: Format, proofread, and deliver finalized documentation within established post-event deadlines (often same-day or within 24 hours).
