Job description
We are looking for an experienced developer to design and implement enterprise-wide knowledge graphs and ontologies in the areas of tax, law, and finance, connecting existing data silos with modern AI and LLM systems.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced developer to design and implement enterprise-wide knowledge graphs and ontologies in the areas of tax, law, and finance. You will work on transforming existing data silos into semantic models and connecting them with modern AI and Large Language Model systems.
Your tasks include the development and operation of knowledge graphs, the creation and management of ontologies, quality assurance and performance optimization, and integration into existing systems. You will also be involved in the conversion of data silos into structured, semantic models and making them usable for AI applications.
We expect several years of practical experience with RDF, SPARQL, and SHACL, as well as sound knowledge in ontology development. You should have very good programming skills in Python and Java and experience with frameworks such as RDFlib, RDF4J, or Apache Jena. Data Engineering competencies are required – especially in ETL processes, data pipelines (e.g., RML, Kafka), SQL, and data modeling. Fluent German and English skills are necessary.
This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in the field of semantic technologies and artificial intelligence and to contribute your expertise in a future-oriented environment.
