Job title : Kofax Developer

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, configuration, and operational activities for document scanning, capture, and OCR solutions such as Kofax, ABBYY, or equivalent platforms.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot document classification, recognition, and OCR processes, preferably using ABBYY FlexiCapture.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand document capture requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
• Support deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of solutions hosted on Windows Server environments.
• Use SQL for data analysis, issue investigation, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot XML and XSLT-based configurations and transformations.
• Configure and support workflow/BPM solutions, particularly XML configuration-driven platforms such as BizTalk.
• Investigate production and application issues across capture, classification, OCR, workflow, and integration components.
• Coordinate with onsite customer stakeholders and offshore technical teams for implementation, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration details, troubleshooting guides, and solution-related documentation.
• Support customer workshops, technical discussions, testing, go-live, and post-production support activities.
• German language proficiency and EU work authorization/nationality are preferred for effective onsite/customer collaboration; location can remain flexible based on project requirements

Job Description :

• EU national and German speaker (location is flexible and not a mandatory constraint).
• Experience with scanning and capture solutions such as Kofax, ABBYY, or similar platforms.
• Experience in document classification and OCR configuration/optimization, preferably with ABBYY FlexiCapture.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of XML and XSLT.
• Experience with workflow/BPM tools, ideally XML configuration-driven solutions such as BizTalk.
