Coordinator Asset Contract Manager

Project overview

+ You coordinate the creation of asset contracts (e.g., purchase agreements, lease agreements, project agreements) with the goal of ensuring long-term asset development and successful asset realization in projects. + You are the central point of contact in operational asset management for contract-related asset issues and coordinate with all involved stakeholders for this purpose. + You ensure cross-departmental transparency regarding contracts to be concluded in asset development and realization.

+ You continuously develop the asset contract management process and ensure appropriate documentation and standardization. + You proactively support the contract-managing departments in operational asset management with contract creation and contribute to the drafting and creation of contracts.

Requirements

+ You have a completed degree in business administration with a legal focus or a law degree with an interest in technical issues related to assets in the power transmission network, or comparable qualifications gained through many years of professional experience. + You have knowledge in the area of asset contracts and their coordination with internal stakeholders and contract partners. + You have analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working. + You are strong in communication and like to keep an overview of the big picture.
