Responsibilities

• Checking, coding, and booking incoming invoices in SAP
• Processing electronic invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) and clarifying corrections with suppliers and service providers
• Checking entertainment expense reports for completeness, tax deductibility, and compliance with internal guidelines
• Support in payment transactions and monitoring of payment deadlines

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in financial accounting or accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable or invoice verification
• Good knowledge of HGB (German Commercial Code) and VAT law, especially § 13b UStG (German VAT Act)
• Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA, mass data processing, and digital approval workflows
• Confident use of MS Excel
• Structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as teamwork and strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
