For a long-term integration and transformation project, an experienced Business Analyst or Solution Analyst is sought. The focus is on analyzing existing real estate and SAP processes, creating target business concepts, and defining future solution architectures.

• Analysis of existing business processes, system architectures, and interface landscapes
• Recording, structuring, and evaluating business and technical requirements
• Creation of business concepts, target states, and integration concepts
• Identification of technical dependencies between SAP systems and adjacent applications
• Moderation of business workshops and coordination between business, IT, and architecture teams
• Support of development, test management, and project management during implementation
• Experience in analyzing and modeling complex business processes in the SAP environment
• Knowledge in real estate, facility, or asset management is an advantage
• Experience with SAP RE-FX and understanding of integration with Finance, Asset, and Real Estate processes
• Experience in designing target architectures, integration scenarios, and migration strategies
• Knowledge in requirements management, process analysis, and solution design
• Experience with workshop moderation, stakeholder management, and business documentation
• Ideally, knowledge in architecture topics, interface concepts, data flows, and system integration
