Seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive the development, industrialization, and deployment of high-value Data & AI solutions across various business units. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and ensuring the quality and scalability of AI solutions.

As part of the Data & AI transformation of a major international player in its sector, we are looking for a Lead Data Scientist Transverse to support the development, industrialization, and deployment of high-value Data & Intelligence Artificielle solutions.
Integrated into a strategic Data Factory, you will act as the technical referent for Data Science & AI for several business departments: Promotion, Industry, Finance, and Support Functions.
Your role will be to transform business challenges into concrete, robust, and industrializable AI solutions, while contributing to the skill development of the teams and the dissemination of best practices.
Your main missions
- Support for a strategic AI Hackathon – Early 2027
- Support the teams in the technical scoping of identified initiatives and use cases.
- Evaluate the feasibility, relevance, and value creation potential of the proposed solutions.
- Advise the teams on suitable technological approaches (Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI agents).
- Ensure the technical follow-up of initiatives from the hackathon and support their transformation into concrete projects.
- Technical leadership on existing Data Science & AI projects
- Ensure technical supervision of ongoing Data Science projects across different business areas.
- Challenge methodological choices, architectures, and modeling approaches.
- Guarantee the quality, robustness, and industrialization of the developed solutions.
- Support Data Scientists in their work and promote the sharing of best practices.
- Industrialization and scaling
- Design and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions in production.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, MLOps, and Architecture teams.
- Contribute to the definition of technical standards and development practices.
- Participate in the construction of scalable solutions integrated into the existing Data ecosystem.
- Innovation and business support
- Identify and prioritize high-impact business Data & AI opportunities.
- Monitor innovations in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Advanced Analytics.
- Translate business needs into operational analytical solutions.
- Present the results and impacts of initiatives to stakeholders.
