Lead Developer Dynamics 365 CE

Project overview

The challenge: A major client is launching a complete overhaul of its CRM on Dynamics 365 CE. The development team is currently being formed, and you will be its central figure. You will build the technical foundation, set the direction for the team, and be the key technical contact, both for the internal operational team and for the client's technical team.

Sprint 1 starts on November 30, 2026. You will join at a time when everything needs to be structured.

• Certifications PL-400 or AB-410 and PL-200 or AB-210
• Solid mastery of C#, JavaScript, and SQL queries
• Mastery of Dynamics On Premise
• Experience managing a development team and delivery cycles
• Proven practice of Agile
• A lead position on a redesign project, with real influence on technical choices
• A team under construction, offering the opportunity to implement your practices
• A major client, with significant challenges in terms of volume, data quality, and integration
• A clear timeline, from the first sprint to commissioning
