Lead Developer .NET / Node.js – Agentic AI

Project overview

As part of strengthening the software development teams of one of our major clients, we are looking for a Lead Developer .NET / Node.js specializing in Agentic Engineering.

You will be involved in the design and development of new applications using AI agents, while ensuring compliance with architectural standards and software development best practices.

Reporting to an architect, you will collaborate closely with development teams and technical managers.

Responsibilities

Profile sought

You have solid experience in software development and master modern application design and architecture practices.

You also have concrete experience using AI agents in software development, beyond simple code generation assistance.

Expected skills:

Knowledge of React, PostgreSQL, Azure DevOps, and SonarQube is an additional asset.

• Design and develop applications in a .NET/C# or TypeScript/Node.js environment.
• Utilize Agentic Engineering tools (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode…) to automate and optimize development activities.
• Implement Context Engineering, Harness Engineering, and Spec Driven Development approaches.
• Define the contexts, instructions, and specifications necessary for the proper functioning of AI agents.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of the produced code.
• Apply development best practices: TDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles.
• Participate in technical choices and ensure compliance with software architecture standards.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on application evolutions.
• Excellent mastery of .NET/C# or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Mastery of Agentic Engineering tools: Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, or equivalents.
• Good knowledge of Context Engineering, Harness Engineering, and Spec Driven Development concepts.
• Solid skills in software architecture and development best practices.
• Mastery of TDD, SOLID principles, and Clean Code.
• Ability to design robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Autonomy, technical rigor, and ability to work with high-level technical stakeholders.
