Lead Full Stack Developer

Project overview

As part of the development and evolution of strategic digital platforms, we are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer capable of driving application developments, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.

The consultant will work within multidisciplinary teams composed of Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Architects, DevOps, and Developers. They will be a key player in defining technical choices, code quality, and accelerating development cycles.

• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers.
• Ensure the quality, maintainability, and security of developments.

• Ensure adherence to good development practices.
• Define the technical directions of projects.
• Ensure the consistency of application architectures.
• Perform code reviews and ensure the application of development standards.
• Arbitrate technological choices.
• Be the technical point of contact for business and IT teams.

• Participate in the design of application architectures.
• Define data models.
• Design integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure the application of Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design principles where relevant.
• Implement and maintain good development practices.
• Develop unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Monitor technical debt.
• Participate in the continuous improvement process.
• Participate in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams.
• Monitor development, test, and production environments.
• Mentoring and Coaching
• Support developers in their skills development.
• Participate in technical recruitments.
• Lead technical workshops and knowledge sharing sessions.
