Artemys Paris, located in the 10th arrondissement, is an entity specializing in system infrastructures. With 36 years of expertise, it supports companies, mainly located in the Ile-de-France region, in their digital transformation.

It is within this entity, the oldest in the group, that the adventure began. Over the years, Artemys has retained an demanding clientele of Major Accounts, some clients having supported the company since its creation, in various sectors.

Recognized for its technical rigor and human values, it is today a key player in Infrastructures, Cloud, and Modern Workplace.

Your mission (if you accept it):

Define the architecture, standards, and technical choices for Azure, hybrid, systems, network, and identity infrastructures, in line with the CIO's directions.

Technically lead the Infrastructure Engineering team and ensure the quality of Design & Build, automation, resilience, and transfer to Run.

Supervise the quality of Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO), management of recurring incidents, monitoring, and corrective actions.

Lead the governance of Service Delivery (SLA, KPI, backlog, escalations, Problem Management, and improvement plans) and coordinate the technical interface with the SOC.

Assume the function of Duty Manager on a rotating basis, coordinate critical incidents, and submit structuring decisions regarding architecture, budget, sourcing, and risks to the CIO.

Cloud & Systems: Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365.

Infrastructure: hybrid and on-premises environments, enterprise networks, virtualization, backup, recovery, and resilience (Nutanix appreciated).

Architecture & Automation: architecture design, scripting, technical security, hardening, and advanced diagnostics.

Service Delivery & Governance: provider management, SLA/KPI monitoring, service reviews, and corrective action plans.

• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a challenging environment
• You have experience with major clients

• Target remuneration at the client: €72,000 to €80,000 gross annual, depending on your expertise and experience, in case of hiring after the mission.
