• Lead WEB developments in Java and Angular
• Guarantee architectural quality and development performance
• Ensure technical scoping and architecture security
• Coach development teams
• Write technical and functional specifications
• Manage complex batch processes (batchs)
• Implement application and browser caching strategies to optimize performance
• Apply Security by Design in developments
• Use Jenkins and GitLab for CI/CD pipelines
• Automate tests and control quality via Sonar
• Assist with production deployments, write DI/DEX, monitor logs, and resolve incidents (TMA)
• Make major technical decisions and validate critical implementations
• Lead and monitor developer coaching, code reviews, backlog management in JIRA, and inter-team coordination
• Promote Gemini Code Assist to optimize productivity and ensure compliance of generated code
• Act quickly on production incidents and identify root causes
• Propose improvements to monitoring tools and maintain active monitoring (security, vulnerabilities, AI)
• Ensure follow-up of anomalies and application performance in production
• Report on development progress, risks, and alert escalation
