Project overview
- Architecture & Solution Design: Translate functional business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable Pega application architectures.
- Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, mentor, and upskill Pega Developers; foster engineering best practices and architectural discipline across the team.
- Quality Assurance & Governance: Conduct technical design and code reviews to guarantee adherence to established development guardrails, performance benchmarks, and security standards.
- Complex Troubleshooting: Lead the investigation and resolution of critical, high-impact technical bottlenecks and production issues.
- Enterprise Integrations: Coordinate integration requirements and design patterns with API, middleware, and backend application squads.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to support technical estimations, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Proven Pega Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in Pega development and end-to-end solution design within complex enterprise environments.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical reference point for Pega delivery teams.
- Deep Architecture Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Pega architecture, Case Management, data models, and guardrail compliance.
- Integration Expertise: Strong practical grasp of APIs (REST/SOAP), integration connectors/services, and enterprise messaging systems.
- Methodologies: Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills and ability to articulate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
