- ITIL Certification
- Min. 7 years of experience with requirements analysis for online products (especially processes, methods, and tools)
- Experience with functional and technical evaluation of requirements from the business department, description of technical possibilities, and planning of implementation tasks
- Sound experience with planning, creation, and execution of functional acceptance tests in collaboration with software testers
- Experience with functional modeling: UML, ERM, SERM, and Domain Specific Languages (DSL)
- Experience in the public sector
- Willingness for SÜ2 (Security Clearance Level 2)
