Security Requirement

A security clearance is necessary for the project. It will be conducted anew for the project – willingness is sufficient, an existing clearance is not required.

• Design development platforms with responsibility for results
• Analyze existing working methods and workarounds and resolve root causes
• Provide reproducible development environments (even without network connection)
• Build self-service for development and testing environments
• Establish test data management (anonymization, synthetic data)
• Measure flow metrics and support teams in change processes
• Platform Engineering / Developer Experience with responsibility for results
• Developer portal and provisioning: Backstage, Argo CD, Crossplane, Terraform
• Source code management: GitLab, Forgejo/Gitea, Bitbucket
• Dev Containers, Coder, Eclipse Che or Nix
• Prometheus/Grafana for metrics
• Expert level
• German citizenship (security clearance required), residence in Germany
• Professional experience at Principal/Lead level
