For an infrastructure with isolated zones, we are looking for a Lead Security Consultant to build and be responsible for vulnerability management. 100% remote, starting immediately.

Security Requirement

A security clearance is required for the project. It will be carried out anew for the project. Willingness is sufficient; an existing clearance is not required.

• Build vulnerability management (not just operate)
• Operate scanners without network connection (Network, OS, Images, Configuration)
• Prioritize based on risk (EPSS, KEV, CSAF) beyond CVSS
• Establish an inventory as a data basis
• Enforce deadlines and exception procedures
• Consolidate findings into an overall picture, manage key figures
• Proven track record of building vulnerability management
• Scanners: Greenbone/OpenVAS, Tenable, Qualys or Rapid7
• Image/Config Check: Trivy, Grype, Clair, kube-bench, Checkov
• Finding Consolidation: DefectDojo, Dependency-Track
• Inventory/Ticketing: NetBox, ServiceNow, Jira; CISSP/OSCP advantageous
• Expert level
• German citizenship (security clearance required), resident in Germany
• Professional experience at Principal/Lead level
• Rapid7
