We're looking for an experienced Lead Service Designer to join a major public sector programme, helping shape and improve complex citizen-facing services.

- Leading service design across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases.
- Creating service blueprints, service maps, customer journeys and future-state service visions.
- Facilitating workshops and bringing stakeholders together to align on priorities and outcomes.
- Translating research, data and operational insight into clear service recommendations.
- Working closely with researchers, product teams, architects, delivery managers and business analysts to shape service improvements.
- Strong service design experience within UK public sector environments .
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end service design on complex programmes.
- Expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping and service vision creation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary agile teams.
- Active SC Clearance (essential).
- Valid UK passport.
