Join the platform engineering team of a major European B2B information group to build a reliable, measurable, and scalable digital platform. You will bring the SRE approach to the platform, focusing on reliability, observability, incident management, and automation.

Major European B2B professional information group. The group is building a common digital platform, used by several product teams and its European subsidiaries.
You will join the platform engineering team to make it a reliable, measurable, and scalable foundation.
The Role
You will bring the SRE approach to the platform: reliability objectives, observability, incident management, automation.
You will work with delivery teams and consuming subsidiaries, and help them adopt common practices.
The role is hands-on: you will implement what you recommend yourself.
Missions
- Evaluate the architecture, operational processes, and key reliability risks.
- Define SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, and error budgets for critical services, and maintain them.
- Implement comprehensive observability: metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards.
- Structure incident management, on-call duty, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.
- Automate recurring operations and remediation to reduce operational load.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, progressive deployment, rollback, and application resilience.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code and standardize cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Write SRE standards, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Build a quantified roadmap: availability, performance, resilience, resolution time.
