Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted learning advisor to customers, helping improve employee skills, technology adoption, and business outcomes.

Assess customer learning needs and identify skill gaps.

Develop customized learning strategies using training programs, certifications, workshops, and digital learning resources.

Align learning initiatives with customer business goals and implementation plans.

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and delivery teams.

Track learning engagement and recommend improvements.

Present progress, insights, and recommendations during customer reviews and planning meetings.

Mandatory Skills

8+ years of experience in customer-facing learning, enablement, customer success, or consulting programs.

Experience developing learning strategies aligned with customer business objectives.

Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple programs simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning, IT, or equivalent experience.

Desired Skills

Account management experience.

Exposure to learning and development, education, or technology sales.

Customer adoption and learning program analytics.

Job Facts: Contract W2 | 12 Months | Hybrid | $50 - $70/hr
