• Creation of training materials, course documents, and documentation based on Microsoft Office using customer-specific templates
• Setup and documentation of demo, exercise, and training data in training systems
• Further development and updating of existing training materials based on quality assurance measures, training evaluations, and customer requirements
• Familiarization with existing training documents and training systems
• Didactic preparation and further development of training content for Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Analytics roles
• Development of digital learning formats such as e-learnings, learning nuggets, and web-based training (WBT)
• Delivery of in-person and online training sessions
• Moderation of workshops and interactive learning formats
• Technical support and guidance for participants
• Conducting preparatory and follow-up activities
• Recording feedback and continuous improvement of training measures
• Ensuring high training quality
• At least 7 years of experience in training and training development
• At least 7 years of experience in setting up demo and exercise data in training systems (ideally SAP DQM, SAP Information Steward, or comparable systems)
• At least 7 years of experience in creating digital learning content such as e-learnings, learning nuggets, or WBTs using common authoring tools (e.g., tts producer, tts performance suite, or comparable)
• Experience in developing didactically high-quality training concepts
• German language skills at C1 level
• English language skills at B1 level
• Willingness for security screening
• At least 7 years of experience in independently conducting training and educational measures in adult education
• At least 7 years of experience in conducting workshops
• Experience with virtual and hybrid training formats
• DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
