Head of Logistics and Production

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our logistics and production areas at our site in North Rhine-Westphalia. In this responsible position, you will be central to the efficient and trouble-free operation of our internal logistics.

Your tasks include ensuring the demand-driven supply of materials to production lines, planning and optimizing internal material flows, and coordinating and monitoring daily logistics processes in the production environment. You will be responsible for the timely availability of materials along the entire value-added and production chain and will lead a team of approximately 10 employees both technically and disciplinarily.

Furthermore, you will sustainably develop existing structures and processes and support change management processes in your area.

For this position, you bring several years of professional and leadership experience in logistics, ideally from an industrial production environment. You have proven practical experience in leading and developing teams, as well as in-depth knowledge of cross-functional stakeholder management. Sound SAP knowledge in the logistics environment and very good Excel user skills are required.

The position is to be performed on-site and offers the opportunity to contribute and further develop your expertise in a dynamic production environment.
