Freelance Mission: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Product Coach (IT Operations)

Project overview

Context

Our client, a large company with a multi-site organization, is transforming its IT Operations Management (ITOM) entity. It is gradually moving from a project-centric operation to a product-oriented organization. The objectives are to structure high-value business products, form autonomous and multidisciplinary squads, and steer activity by value, quality, and results. The transformation is taking place in a context of temporary coexistence between project and product modes.

Missions

Expected Deliverables

• Support the definition and structuring of ITOM products
• Participate in the setup of tribes and squads
• Clarify roles and responsibilities: Product Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Scrum Masters, and managers
• Support the creation and prioritization of product backlogs
• Implement adapted Discovery, Delivery, Build, and Run practices
• Facilitate agile rituals and governance instances
• Improve the management of flows, capacities, dependencies, and obstacles
• Foster coordination between teams, sites, and transverse expertise
• Define and monitor value, quality, and performance indicators
• Lead change and support the teams' maturity development
• Sustainably transfer agile and product practices to internal teams
• Agile and product maturity diagnosis, and transformation roadmap
• Operating framework for tribes and squads, role mapping, and team conventions
• Steering indicators and dashboards
• Progress reports, recommendations, and skills transfer plan
