Proclinical is looking for a Logistics Specialist to support operations in Bern, Switzerland. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and intermediates for production facilities. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparation of raw materials and intermediates for production facilities.
• Delivery and collection of raw materials and intermediates from production areas.
• Performing general logistics tasks and supporting operational activities as needed.

Requirements

Familiarity with GMP environments and SAP systems is advantageous.

• German language skills (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid forklift license (SUVA certified).
• Completed vocational training, ideally as a Logistics Specialist (EFZ).
• Practical experience in logistics during training or at least two years of professional experience in logistics after training.
