Project overview

As a Logistics & Warehouse Compliance Specialist, you will ensure compliance with all GxP compliance requirements in the area of Logistic Solutions.

In addition to the logistics processes, this also includes ensuring compliance requirements for the global active ingredient warehouse in Basel and processing deviations and changes in the GxP environment. In cooperation with our quality functions, you will form the interface to the business functions as well as to our customers and partners.

Supply Chain, GDP, GxP

• Independent reading of transport temperature data from incoming goods and checking checklists for correct completion
• Checking of all incoming goods for the specified transport temperature
• Support of the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP issues
• Take ownership or responsibility for handling variances and changes in Veeva
• Proactively participate in process optimizations and quality improvements
• Completed vocational training or a completed bachelor's/master's degree, ideally in the field of the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics
• Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in the GMP / GDP area
• Experience in GxP deviation and change management
• Experience in processing GxP documents
• Very good knowledge of German and English
