We are currently looking for a Logistics Manager for one of our clients. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
+ Overall responsibility for employees (approx. 20) in logistics
+ Goods receipt, warehouse, picking, customs, and shipping processing
+ Ensuring goods flows and delivery capability
+ Capacity planning in logistics
+ Carrying out inventory
+ Responsible for KPIs of employees
+ Identifying productivity and savings potentials
+ Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety requirements
The client values close collaboration with production, production planning, and purchasing.
Requirements
+ German and English
+ Leadership experience
+ Experience Lean Management
+ Initiative regarding process improvements
+ Hands-on mentality
