Context
A leading luxury player is conducting an ongoing transformation program in an Infor M3 environment. Significant work is feeding this program, particularly concerning the traceability of unused raw materials. The team needs reinforcement to continue work on bills of materials, inventories, and supply chain reliability, in support of the Management's project ownership. The assignment lasts two months.

- Traceability of unused raw materials, a central theme of the work feeding the transformation program
- Reliability of physical and ERP flows, with consistent stock movements and valuations
- Quality of bills of materials and inventories, work on which is to be continued with dedicated reinforcement
- Control of accounting impacts: stock entries, inventory discrepancies, transfers, and write-downs
- Rapid onboarding to an already engaged scope, combining functional understanding with an operational approach
- Continue work on bills of materials
- Continue work on inventories
- Ensure reliability of physical and ERP flows related to the traceability of unused raw materials
- Process stock movements and valuations in Infor M3
- Ensure consistency of stock entries, inventory discrepancies, transfers, and write-downs
- Work with the business and ERP teams concerned by material traceability and with the program teams
- Start date: November 16, 2026
