Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly creative Creative Director to lead and elevate the visual identity and creative direction of the customers brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sensibility, a refined visual eye, and a proven track record of developing compelling, premium brand experiences within luxury beauty, prestige personal care, or high-end personal care appliances.

This individual should understand how to translate brand positioning into sophisticated, aspirational creative that resonates with consumers across digital, print, retail, packaging, and integrated marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is visually driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, design, and premium consumer brands. They have a discerning eye for what makes a brand feel luxurious, modern, aspirational, and differentiated in a competitive marketplace.

Experience with luxury haircare tools, professional styling appliances, prestige beauty, or salon-focused skin care brands is highly desirable. Candidates should bring both creative vision and the ability to execute against real-world marketing and commercial needs.

Engagement Details

• Lead the creative vision and visual direction for the brand, ensuring a premium, cohesive, and elevated aesthetic.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling that align with the brand's positioning, target audience, and business objectives.
• Oversee the development of campaigns, photography, video, digital content, retail assets, packaging, and other brand materials.
• Establish and maintain high visual standards across all creative touchpoints, with a strong focus on composition, color, typography, imagery, and overall art direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand management, product, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.
• Direct photoshoots, production, and external creative partners as needed.
• Ensure creative work reflects current beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and design trends while maintaining a distinctive brand identity.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand design.
• Demonstrated experience working with luxury beauty, prestige personal care, or high-end personal care appliance brands.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and a sophisticated understanding of premium visual identity, imagery, and brand presentation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated art direction, campaign development, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Experience directing photography, video, and integrated creative campaigns.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into distinctive, polished, and commercially effective creative work.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high creative standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position.
