M365 Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for an M365 Engineer for a 3-month renewable mission in Paris.

Context:

As part of the engineering of Unified Communications solutions, we are looking for an IT technical and production engineer/expert profile - M365 scope:

Project details

Lead technical projects in their study, implementation, and operational maintenance phases.

And concretely?

As a true technical expert, the missions will be:

Conduct technical studies with their associated deliverables (expression of need, comparative analysis, solution presentation, project weather report)

Establish product sheets presenting the entire solution (functional and technical)

Ensure skills transfer and support within the team

Lead, animate, simplify, and present technical topics in committees with complete autonomy

Industrialize and automate the implementation of our solutions

Participate in the resolution of level 2 and 3 incidents or problems

Ensure the regulatory compliance of solutions (security, data, purchasing)

Expected skills:

On the Paris site, at least one trip per week to Chartres is to be expected.

• Microsoft Teams (MS-700 certification would be appreciated)
• Microsoft 365 / Azure Solutions (including Exchange)
• Copilot
