At our Wedel site near Hamburg, we are looking for you as a Machine and Plant Operator Pharma.

The employment contract is fixed for 24 months, but can be made permanent early after appropriate company review.

Your place of work will initially be our site in Wedel. Please note that our production will be completely relocated to Tornesch within the next 2-3 years according to current planning. The position will therefore be based at the Tornesch site in the long term.

• Independent operation of production and packaging machines in the assembly and secondary packaging of medicines
• Setup of machines and configuration of complex processes
• Independent troubleshooting of complex and sometimes novel process disruptions
• Ensuring a continuous production process
• Visual inspection of materials for quality deviations
• Documentation of packaging and assembly processes, including balancing of materials and yield
• Training of new employees
• Optimization of ongoing processes and participation in the implementation of Lean aspects
• Execution of interface and special tasks
• Successfully completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a Machine and Plant Operator in operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production and packaging machines, ideally in a pharmaceutical/GMP-influenced environment
• Know-how in using a PC (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, team-oriented, and reliable way of working
• Willingness to work in a shift system

• the working hours are 38 hours per week (probationary period: 3 months)
