£550 to £700 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity
A leading FTSE 100 organisation is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join its growing AI and data function. You'll play a key role in delivering machine learning solutions that support business critical initiatives across the organisation.
Working within a collaborative team of data scientists, analysts and engineers, you'll help build, deploy and enhance AI products in a modern cloud environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ideas from proof of concept through to production and wants to work with cutting edge AI technologies at enterprise scale

- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges.
- Build and maintain scalable ML workflows and pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and wider technology teams to productionise models.
- Develop high quality Python code and support CI/CD processes.
- Create and optimise feature engineering and data preparation workflows.
- Monitor model performance and ensure ongoing reliability.
- Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge sharing materials.
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience deploying machine learning solutions into production environments.
- Understanding of data processing, transformation and pipeline development.
- Experience building and maintaining end to end ML workflows.
- Solid software engineering and coding best practices.
- Exposure to modern AI and deep learning approaches including NLP and large language model related technologies.
