An Expert who should intervene to resolve a huge problem at the DB2 level

Context of the mission

As part of the operation and evolution of a centralized IT environment, the mission aims to strengthen the teams responsible for critical infrastructures.

Main responsibilities

Administration and operational maintenance of technical environments.

Management of level 2/3 production incidents and participation in crisis cells.

Performance analysis and identification of optimization areas.

Contribution to maintenance, update, and technical migration operations.

Participation in infrastructure evolution projects.

Diagnosis of complex incidents and support for application teams.

Production and updating of operational documentation.

Contribution to continuous improvement, automation, and standardization efforts.

Regular interactions with

Operations and production teams.

Project teams.

Service centers.

Architecture and technical expertise teams.

Essential skills

Significant experience in the administration or operation of critical IT environments.

Proficiency in database management, monitoring, scheduling, and file transfer tools.

Experience with transactional environments and access and authorization management systems.

Professional English (written and oral) B2 level minimum.

Fluent French.

Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

Service-oriented, responsive, and autonomous.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to complex environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Availability to work extended hours, including on-call duty and exceptional interventions at night or on weekends.
