Seeking an experienced Mainframe Project Manager to lead IT projects, assist with functional specifications, and oversee technical design and implementation within the Mainframe environment.

- Steering, coordination, and monitoring of IT projects in the domain (scheme, inter-scheme projects)
- Assistance to the MOA for needs formalization and writing of functional specifications
- General technical design of solutions in the Mainframe environment (zOS, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL)
- Management of the project team, leading monitoring/steering committees, DSI reporting
- Supervision of technical acceptance and production deployment, coordination of maintenance
- Production of deliverables (specifications, design documents, management plans, dashboards, documentation)
- More than 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in management IT development and at least 5 years in steering complex/strategic projects with management of multidisciplinary teams
- Mastery of the IBM Mainframe environment (zOS, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL) and the IBM Rational Business Developer (RBD) and WinDev CASE tools
- Knowledge of the social protection sector (ideally retirement) appreciated
