Job description
As an interim Manager Financial Controlling, you will contribute to the further professionalization of Renewi's Finance organization. You will align and standardize Financial Control processes, ensure timely and correct month-end closing, and lead improvement initiatives.

As interim Manager Financial Controlling, you will contribute to the further professionalization of Renewi's Finance organization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Align and standardize Financial Control processes within the Netherlands and Belgium
- Monitor timely and correct month-end closing
- Assess system and process changes from a Financial Control perspective
- Lead improvement and change initiatives as a project leader
- Collaborate with Business Finance, Operations, Group Control, and the Shared Service Center
- Manage the Financial Control team, directly or through functional management
- Solid background as a senior financial professional in Financial Control, Accounting, and/or Audit
- Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics, or an equivalent field
- Work experience within a complex, international organization that is undergoing significant change
- Demonstrable experience with process improvement, harmonization, standardization, or Finance transformation
- Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple work streams
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English
