Note: please mention the candidate's gross monthly salary on the CV.
As part of the IPM team, you contribute to the control of our large-scale projects. You advise the project team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information about planning, finances, and risks. This includes monitoring project assignments and scope management, financial management, planning management, information management, document management, risk & quality management.
You bring blind spots within project control to attention and translate your findings into clear proposals for decision-making.
From your central role, you keep internal and external stakeholders well-informed about what is happening and empower them.
This is a hybrid role. You work at the parcel level and are therefore responsible for multiple projects and regularly at the various construction sites within the work area.
We work hybrid: two days a week you are at the office with and at our contractor in Almere, at least one day with the program team in Apeldoorn, and the rest you work – if your work allows – from home.
We are building the energy network of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a junior project control manager, you will help with this.
This is how you will be working on:
Looking ahead above average is only possible if you have enough energy. And the right work environment gives you that. The NuMeren program team consists of involved and honest colleagues. You encourage each other to deliver the best work. And also provide support and honest feedback when needed.
In the current time of congestion, it is increasingly challenging to provide customers with the necessary electricity. The grid expansion program (partly) solves this.
You make the grid more energetic
Working on a future-proof organization. You do that from your own strength and talent. And you do that with us. Do you contribute to this with your structured approach? Great! And do you supplement this with:
- Ensuring up-to-date reports that serve as a basis for control measures to be taken and steering information for all parties involved in the project.
- You monitor the budget, planning, and risks and ensure that the team has insight into these and actively steers on them together with the team.
- You ensure that the budget and planning are reliable, risks are identified, and you ensure that our stakeholders are informed of any changes.
- Reporting on the progress and deviations of projects to the project manager.
- You are the sparring partner for our contractor in the field of project control and contribute to the further professionalization of his project control.
- You help build an increasingly efficient organization by making improvement proposals yourself.
- HBO/WO work and thinking level with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a comparable role as a project control manager.
- You have experience in managing teams and can switch well with different stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience with integrated project control.
- Experience with project-based work in a technical environment. Preferably with working in construction teams and/or performing management tasks.
- Affinity with technology.
- Experience with OPC and SAP and other applications in a project environment is a plus, and you are familiar with all Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer focus: you understand that everything we do ultimately impacts our customers, and you act accordingly.
- Start: 2026-09-13T22:00:00
- Location: Apeldoorn Gelderland, NL
- Languages: Dutch
