Job Summary

Seeking a marketing professional with strong PowerPoint storytelling, presentation design, and Excel skills to support customer presentations, market research, trend analysis, and marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience turning data and insights into compelling business presentations while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment. Experience within the fragrance, flavors, beauty, or consumer products industries is a strong plus.

• Create and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materials.
• Transform research, market data, and business insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Support market, consumer, category, and trend analysis initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and analyze marketing and competitive intelligence data.
• Coordinate marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
• Support special projects and other marketing-related activities as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, business support, market research, insights, or a related function.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with strong presentation design and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate work.
• Experience within the fragrance, flavors, consumer products, beauty, personal care, or related industries.
• Experience supporting competitive intelligence or market research initiatives.
• Previous fragrance industry marketing experience is highly desirable.
