Dallas Area (Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote) Schedule: 40 hours/week Duration: Temp-to-Hire (based on performance) We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee project workflow, marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration for two large consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping complex marketing initiatives moving, optimizing processes, and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency. What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end marketing project pipeline, from intake and briefing through creative development, review, and delivery.
• Own project timelines within Workfront, including templates, task assignments, proofing workflows, and reporting.
• Lead weekly status and traffic meetings, proactively identifying risks and resolving competing priorities.
• Translate promotional calendars and marketing plans into actionable creative briefs and channel-specific deliverables.
• Use AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Workfront AI to streamline reporting, intake, documentation, and workflow management.
• Track capacity across internal creative teams and freelance resources to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Partner with merchandising, store operations, marketing, and channel teams to gather information, drive approvals, and maintain alignment.
• Document and improve processes, develop best practices, and help train team members on tools and AI-enabled workflows. What We're Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, creative traffic management, or a similar role.
• Strong experience supporting retail, e-commerce, omnichannel marketing, or agency environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Workfront or a comparable work management platform.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting, and documentation.
• Proven success managing high-volume, multi-channel marketing calendars with numerous stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, writing creative briefs, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Figma review and approval workflows. Nice to Have
• Experience supporting both store and e-commerce marketing initiatives.
• Workfront administration, Fusion, or workflow automation experience.
• Background in home goods, decor, specialty retail, or consumer brands. Why Join?
