Requirements

• Several years of practical experience with Adobe Marketo Engage, ideally with certification (Certified Expert or Professional)
• Independent implementation of email blasts and Marketo programs from setup to evaluation
• Experience with Smart Lists, Smart Campaigns, Tokens, and Lead Scoring
• Very good knowledge of GDPR and double opt-in processes
• Confident use of HTML and CSS for email templates
• Fluent German and English language skills

YOUR CHALLENGE:

YOUR TALENTS:

• Implementation and sending of email campaigns (blasts, newsletters, nurturing) including segmentation via Smart Lists and filters, resulting in campaigns sent on time and with quality assurance
• Setup and maintenance of Marketo programs (Smart Campaigns, Engagement Programs) for lead nurturing and event follow-ups
• Creation and maintenance of landing pages, forms, and email templates, including responsive tests
• Quality assurance before each send: test sends, link and personalization checks, compliance with GDPR and opt-in/opt-out processes
• Maintenance of data quality: deduplication, import management, and adjustment of lead scoring
• Support of Salesforce synchronization and lead routing in coordination with Sales Operations
• Monthly reporting on open, click, and conversion rates with concrete recommendations for action
