Machine Operator (m/f/d) in Brine Production/Microfiltration (Fixed-Term)

• As a machine operator in the production of the Schongau plant, you ensure a smooth production process in brine manufacturing and oversee the entire brine process.
• You will set up, operate, and monitor state-of-the-art production facilities, working in a 3-shift system.
• Hygiene is one of our top priorities. You will support this by carrying out and monitoring manual and CIP cleaning.
• Furthermore, you ensure consistently high product quality and plant efficiency, which is why you will maintain our machines and plants and resolve disruptions quickly and sustainably.
• Your know-how and your ideas are in demand! You will actively participate in the implementation of TPM measures and develop suggestions for the optimization and continuous improvement of our plants and processes.
• Within the framework of modern teamwork, you will work in a team-oriented and trusting manner with colleagues.
• You have a strong technical understanding and a completed apprenticeship, ideally in the food industry (beginners are also welcome).
• Enthusiasm for food production or initial experience in the food industry are advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including weekends and holidays.
• You possess a strong sense of quality and hygiene and are characterized by flexibility and a high degree of personal responsibility.
