Production Helper (m/f/d) White Cheese Packaging

• As a Production Helper, you make a crucial contribution to the smooth running of our production and packaging processes.
• You will responsibly equip, operate, and monitor plant components and carry out simple quality controls.
• You know how important hygiene is: therefore, you conscientiously clean the equipment and tools.
• Furthermore, you will carry out simple maintenance work and rectify minor faults.
• Your know-how and your ideas are in demand! You actively participate in the implementation of TPM measures and develop suggestions for the optimization and continuous improvement of our plants and processes.
• Good technical understanding and good German language skills (at least B2 level).
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene.
• Experience in a food processing company is a plus.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays.
• It is important to us THAT you are a reliable, committed, and conscientious personality who likes to get stuck in and is always flexible.
