The client, specializing in deconstruction and demolition work, is looking for a Mason/Carpenter Demolisher (M/F) with proven experience in masonry and/or carpentry, ideally applied to demolition or heavy rehabilitation. The role involves methodical removal of wooden and metal framework elements, demolition of masonry elements, and securing work areas.

Responsibilities
Methodical removal of wooden and metal framework elements.
Demolition of masonry elements (load-bearing walls, slabs, partitions) using power and pneumatic tools (jackhammer, chisel, disc cutter).
Preliminary shoring and securing of intervention areas.
Selective sorting, removal, and management of rubble and site waste according to recycling channels.
Cleaning and maintaining safety on the construction site. Physical installation
Job conditions:
Hours: 39 hours/week, daytime work (Monday to Friday).
Remuneration: According to profile and experience + overtime.

Profile sought
Proven experience in masonry and/or carpentry, ideally applied to the demolition or heavy rehabilitation sector.
Perfect mastery of demolition tools (especially jackhammer).
Keen awareness of safety rules (wearing PPE, respecting removal instructions).
Rigour and team spirit.
