For a client in the cantonal or public sector in Chur, we are looking for an experienced personality to support the expansion and further development of an existing Matrix42 ITSM platform.

In this role, you will further develop and configure processes, workflows, service requests, change enablement practices, and CMDB structures. Additionally, you will support automation via interfaces, platform operation, and knowledge transfer to internal application management.

• Further development and implementation of defined processes and workflows in Matrix42
• Configuration of service requests and change enablement practices
• Conceptual further development and configuration of the CMDB
• Connection of peripheral systems for automation of processes and orders
• Development of interfaces and automations in the ITSM environment
• Support in the operation of the Matrix42 environment
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems
• Training and knowledge transfer to internal application management
• Documentation of configurations, processes, and implemented solutions
• Sound experience with Matrix42 Service Management
• Experience in creating and implementing processes and workflows
• Very good knowledge in the area of ITSM and ITIL
• Experience in configuring service request, change enablement, and CMDB topics
• Experience in connecting peripheral systems and automating processes
• Sound knowledge in PowerShell scripting
• Experience in programming or technical implementation of interfaces
• Quick comprehension and good understanding of processes and interrelationships
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented personality with a passion for knowledge transfer
