Brief Profile:

Measuring Machine Operator (Zeiss ATOS) with Documentation Responsibility

• Employee for inserting components into measuring machines as well as for carrying out and documenting measurement results.
• Responsible for the proper operation of the measuring system, adherence to work and test instructions, and complete recording of test results.
• Careful and quality-conscious way of working, understanding of technical drawings and measuring features, as well as confident use of documentation systems.
• Supports quality monitoring through correct recording, evaluation, and transfer of measurement data.

Responsibilities

Summary:

• Inserting and positioning components in measuring machines
• Starting and monitoring measurement processes
• Visual inspection and plausibility check of measurement results
• Documentation and archiving of test results
• Reporting of deviations and anomalies
• Adherence to quality, test, and work instructions
• Maintenance and cleanliness of the workspace and measuring equipment
• Operation of measuring machines (Zeiss ATOS) for testing components, including professional documentation and evaluation of measurement results according to quality specifications.
