Experienced Mechanical Dry Supervisor needed for a challenging semiconductor cleanroom project in Dresden. The role involves coordinating and overseeing HVAC mechanical work, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and reporting on construction progress.
Project overview
For a demanding semiconductor cleanroom project, an experienced Mechanical Dry Supervisor is sought. The position includes the coordination and supervision of mechanical work in the HVAC area as well as close coordination with production and construction management.
Framework Conditions
Responsibilities
Reading, understanding, and interpreting P&IDs
Coordination and supervision of workflows in the HVAC area
Supervision of mechanical work in brownfield and greenfield areas
Coordination and alignment of workflows with ongoing production
Ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations and required work permits
Accompanying and controlling the implementation of project-specific quality standards
Daily checking and confirmation of construction progress
Regular reporting to construction management
Coordination of involved trades and executing companies
Ensuring quality-compliant and deadline-compliant execution
Requirements
Completed technical training or technical degree in mechanical engineering, utility engineering, building technology, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in construction supervision or assembly coordination of mechanical trades
Sound knowledge in the HVAC area
Confident handling of P&IDs
Experience in brownfield and greenfield projects
Ideally, experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech construction projects
Knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and work permit processes
Experience in work preparation, progress control, and site documentation
Strong communication and coordination skills
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
